We source our vegetables from local farmers and suppliers to keep product fresh and nutritious, and to support our home. We celebrate a closed-loop food cycle and strive to minimise our food waste by using all parts of the vegetable.

Our chicken is free Range, 100% Antibiotic Free, Vegetarian fed diet, grown in Bendigo, Victoria. Laneway Greens is the first restaurant chain in Australia to use the highest welfare chicken. Only the best! The chicken is slow cooked for 4 hours, with natural seasoning.
TASMANIAN FRESH SALMON
Our Tasmanian fresh salmon has been sourced from the finest salmon producers in southern Tasmania. Delivered fresh, never frozen.
BLACK ANGUS MARBLED GRASS FED BEEF BRISKET
The Black Angus Grass Fed Grass Finished (most cattle are grain finished to speed up process) Beef Brisket has been sourced from small farms on the VIC/NSW border for the high quality and consistency of product. The beef brisket has been natural smoked and cooked for 12 long hours to break down the perfect marbling and produce the smokey tender beef brisket.
